Using PowerPoint in Church has several agreements in place with companies and persons that supply the images used in the PowerPoint Templates on this site. Please Read the terms and conditions below, you must adhere to all terms and conditions in order to use the downloadable files on the Using PowerPoint in Church website. 

1. Usage

The downloadable files contain on this site is for church use only. The downloadable content is licensed for a single church and is non-transferable.

2. Use of Materials Provided.

The copyright laws of the U.S. and other countries protect all of the material on the Using PowerPoint in Church Site. You are only allowed to use these materials as indicated in these terms & conditions; other uses are prohibited by copyright laws. All of the material contained in the Using PowerPoint in Church: Background Collections, Announcements, and Sermon Templates may not be copied, reproduced, retransmitted, distributed, published, commercially exploited or otherwise transferred in any copyrighted material in any format, electronic or otherwise.

3. PowerPoint Templates.

All graphics and images contained in the PowerPoint Templates on the Using PowerPoint in Church site are to remain in the format provided. Images are not to be removed, or used in any other format than the ones provided on the Using PowerPoint in Church site.

4. Submitting Materials.

Using PowerPoint in Church welcomes your submission of materials to this site. The materials submitted must however be your property. We ask that you only submit images you have taken yourself, or work you have created using your own materials. 

 

5. How the Copyright Laws Apply to Materials you Submit to us.

When you become a Using PowerPoint in Church member, you become a participant in the Using PowerPoint in Church community. Your photographs will be viewed and may be made available to others in the Using PowerPoint in Church community and we may incorporate them into our website. As a condition of membership, you hereby grant Using PowerPoint in Church a perpetual, universal, nonexclusive right to copy, display, modify, alter, transmit and distribute any materials provided by you to the Using PowerPoint in Church community. You are the owner of all materials submitted by you to Using PowerPoint in Church and you represent and guarantee to Using PowerPoint in Church, as a condition of membership, that you are the legal owner of the copyright to all materials you submit to Using PowerPoint in Church or that you have permission from the copyright owner to submit the materials to Using PowerPoint in Church.

7. What Do I Do If You Think There May Be a Copyright Infringement?

8. Emails to Members

 

As a member, we will keep you informed by email on major updates or revisions to the site. All Using PowerPoint in Church emails, including newsletters and announcements, will contain information on how to unsubscribe from that email list. In the event that you receive an email that you think is unsolicited, please follow the instructions contained in the email for letting us know and we will make every effort to have your email address removed from future mailings.

9.  You Agree To Indemnify Using PowerPoint in Church for Any Claims Resulting From Your Violation of These Terms and Conditions.

 

YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD USING POWERPOINT IN CHURCH, ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, LICENSORS AND ANY OTHER PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LOSSES, EXPENSES, DAMAGES OR COSTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES, RESULTING FROM ANY VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR USE OF THE USING POWERPOINT IN CHURCH SERVICE, AND THE CONDUCT OF ANOTHER ACCESSING THE USING POWERPOINT IN CHURCH MATERIALS.

10. Warranties.

 

USING POWERPOINT IN CHURCH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limited Liability.

 

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USING POWERPOINT IN CHURCH WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE USING POWERPOINT IN CHURCH SITE, EVEN IF YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Using PowerPoint in Church may Amend These Terms and Conditions At Any Time.

 

You agree that Using PowerPoint in Church reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate Using PowerPoint in Church services or any part of the services.

 

13. This is The Entire Agreement Between You and Using PowerPoint in Church.

 

These Terms and Conditions are the entire agreement between you and Using PowerPoint in Church and govern your use of the Using PowerPoint in Church Site and services. This agreement supersedes any prior agreements between you and Using PowerPoint in Church. The failure of Using PowerPoint in Church to enforce any right or provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of the right or provision. If any portion of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, the other portions of the agreement will remain in full force and effect.
